Refund policy

Returns

All products are manufactured to order, and many are customized to meet project-specific requirements. As a result, Tournesol does not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may not be changed, canceled, or rescheduled after written approval and acceptance by Tournesol. Requests for modifications after order confirmation may be subject to additional charges and revised lead times.

Custom Products

Products manufactured in custom sizes, colors, finishes, materials, or configurations are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Custom orders cannot be modified once production has begun.

Freight Damage and Shipping Claims

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery.

Any visible freight damage, shortages, or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing for the shipment. Photographs of the damage should be taken whenever possible.

Claims for concealed damage must be reported to Tournesol within five (5) business days of receipt of the shipment. Failure to report freight damage or shortages within this timeframe may limit Tournesol's ability to assist with a claim.

Defective Products

Claims regarding manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of delivery and must include photographs and a description of the issue.

Tournesol reserves the right to inspect the product or request additional information before determining the appropriate resolution. If a product is determined to be defective due to manufacturing, Tournesol may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or provide credit for the affected product.

Installed Products

Products that have been installed, altered, modified, misused, or improperly maintained are not eligible for replacement, credit, or warranty consideration unless otherwise covered under an applicable written warranty.

Warranty

Product warranties, where applicable, are governed by Tournesol's published warranty terms. Except as expressly stated in the applicable warranty, no additional warranties are provided, whether express or implied.
