Lead Time Expectations & Information
Every Tournesol product is built for your project. Here’s what to expect between placing your order and receiving it.
- All products are made-to-order.
- Lead times start from the time a project is released for production. Release requires a deposit and submittal approval.
- Custom projects or products with standard options include a development phase, which adds to your lead time. See chart below.
- A Project Coordinator will provide you with a confirmed timeline for your project, when the order is released for production.
- Please notify us of critical deadlines before placing your order. Partial shipments and/or expediting may be available if required.
