2023 has been an incredible year for Tournesol Siteworks, and we owe it all to you! As the year draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your ongoing partnership with Tournesol. It has been an exciting year filled with growth, innovation, and meaningful connections, and we are truly grateful to have you as a valued part of our journey.
This year, our main focus has been on enhancing the Customer Journey. You might have noticed our monthly Customer Experience Surveys – your feedback is invaluable. Our mission is to be your preferred provider, and we use the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure how well we're doing. We aim for a NPS of 50, which is considered excellent in our industry. Your feedback is our top priority and is the first thing we address in every company-wide meeting.
In 2023, we embarked on a journey of transformation and evolution. One of the highlights was the acquisition of Greenscreen®. In addition to the portfolio of their 3D Trellis products, we were also able to seamlessly integrate Greenscreen trellis with our classic planters, giving rise to the refreshed Wilshire & Boulevard Planters with Greenscreen Trellis. We also introduced the striking Bolinas planters and robust Willard Tables & Benches, expanding our product offerings.
We were delighted to showcase our new products at ASLA 2023 in Minneapolis. We also sponsored a climate competition "Game Changers," which showcased innovators in landscape architecture. In addition, we welcomed students to engage with our products through live sketching.
Success starts here - to enhance your experience, we launched a user-friendly, new website designed with our valued customers in mind. Our aim was to simplify and improve the overall experience, ensuring that you can effortlessly connect with the information, products, and advisors necessary for the success of your projects.
Looking ahead to 2024, we are thrilled to share our commitment to ramping up our sustainability mission. Our dedication extends beyond products to making a positive impact on the communities our products help foster. We will be introducing a program to offer assistance to low-bono and pro-bono projects.
As part of our continuous innovation, you can anticipate the introduction of exciting new products in the coming year. Notably, we are expanding our materials offering with Wilshire Planters and Kitsap Modular Planter Walls made in aluminum!
