About the Team
The Sales Team is currently seeking a passionate Regional Business Development Manager that will be in the field 3-4 days per week calling in-person on architects, designers and select key contractors in the South Central Region. The Sales Team consists of Regional Business Development Managers, Specifier Advisors, Project Contractor Advisors, and Project Estimators, working together to estimate, coordinate, and process large and complex projects.
About the Role
This is an exciting and dynamic role that is perfect for someone looking to blend their love of educating, engaging, and building relationships with designers. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing Tournesol Siteworks brand, product awareness, acceptance, and sales to the contract design & commercial segments. This position will actively identify, pursue, and increase sales and brand loyalty by calling on architects, designers, builders, and developers while coordinating and collaborating with other members of the Sales Team. This is a technical sales role that engages and supports designers using Tournesol products on their projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the industry’s best firms and interact on amazing projects, while setting your own schedule to achieve consistent progress in the territory. This full-time position will be based out of your home office and will require regular travel throughout the territory and occasional travel to our manufacturing facilities (Union City, CA; El Paso, TX and Port Orchard, WA). You’ll have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal – a successful project in every way.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new and enhance existing specifier relationships.
- Promote products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations to get products specified.
- Support key Landscape Contractors on projects as needed, providing design assistance and pricing guidance.
- Understand the construction market and be able to provide technical sales support and guidance to design customers.
- Represent and promote Tournesol through hosting and attendance of local chapter events, along with other associations.
- Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners and property management firms.
- Consistently provide accurate market feedback to identify trends, assist with product development and product needs.
- Maintain account details (relationship, project, and product details) within (Salesforce CRM)
- Actively engage with other teams in the updating of sales collateral, technical product data & information, mockups and proposals.
- Travel as required to support the work.

The Project Manager is an integral part of the Customer Success Group. You will be directly working with the Director of Customer Success, and together, you will be responsible for qualifying, quantifying, and successfully executing opportunities to provide Tournesol engineering services toward the creation of Tournesol-manufactured solutions for specific and unique landscaping projects. Together, your roles will work directly with the customer to ensure successful project outcomes.
You will be specifically responsible for scope management, which will include reviewing the scope of the project from the construction plans and drawings and confirming cost estimates with the estimating team. Once an order is received, you are responsible for accounting throughout the fulfillment of the order and ensuring that the Engineering and Production teams fully understand the requirements of the order. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and storage of project documentation.
More than anything else, you will take responsibility for giving our Tournesol team the best possible opportunity to successfully execute the project to the customer’s satisfaction. You will need to have experience in a construction or design environment, be extremely organized and detail oriented, and be comfortable with architectural drawings and spreadsheets. This is a full-time position. Some occasional travel to other facilities may be required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring orders are complete, correct, and current at all times
- Ensuring that each Project is appropriately priced for the nature, difficulty, and quantity of work and materials.
- Extensive use of Salesforce, Monday.com, SharePoint, Excel, and Bluebeam Revu
- Exceptional documentation and organization for clear and easy access and understanding by all project stakeholders
- Cooperating with the Project Engineering team to ensure design submittals are on-scope

About the Team
The Production team is currently seeking an individual with general working experience for our Port Orchard, WA manufacturing facility. The Fabrication team works together with other departments to create, build, assemble, and ship products for the commercial construction industry.
About the Role
As a Production Worker, you will work under the direction of the Production Leads and directly with the Production Manager processing steel and wood using saws, rolling equipment, drills, punches, grinders and other processing equipment. Operator will also be involved in processing materials for custom products from drawings/blueprints. You’ll be based in our Port Orchard, WA manufacturing facility. You’ll have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal – a successful project in every way.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Read and interpret production schedules and orders
- Inspect the quality of the material before, during and after the various processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete required paperwork for inventory purposes
- Report defective material and faulty equipment to Production Manager immediately
- Maintain a clean work environment and abide by all plant safety regulations and work rules
Necessary Skills
- Ability to lift more than 50lbs, jib cranes are available in most workstations
- Able to read measuring tape.
- You should have strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation, regular attendance, and punctuality are critical
