About the Role

About the Role
The Project Engineering Manager works in our Custom Engineered-To-Order business leading a team of Engineers and CAD Specialists. This is an optional hybrid role with required 2 – 3 days per week in the office with balance work from home.
In this role you will improve and evolve team workflow tools. Guide and mentor the development of Engineering team members, give annual performance reviews and give feedback and coaching where necessary. You will also work in partnership with Project Management, Manufacturing Engineers, and Operations management to ensure milestones of custom projects meet customer requirements.
As the Engineering Manager you are responsible for guiding the team members with timely and thoughtful design solutions for unique and sometimes evolving project requirements. The Project Manager is an integral part of the Customer Success Group. You will be directly working with the Director of Customer Success, and together, you will be responsible for qualifying, quantifying, and successfully executing opportunities to provide Tournesol engineering services toward the creation of Tournesol-manufactured solutions for specific and unique landscaping projects. Together, your roles will work directly with the customer to ensure successful project outcomes.
You will be specifically responsible for scope management, which will include reviewing the scope of the project from the construction plans and drawings and confirming cost estimates with the estimating team. Once an order is received, you are responsible for accounting throughout the fulfillment of the order and ensuring that the Engineering and Production teams fully understand the requirements of the order. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and storage of project documentation.
More than anything else, you will take responsibility for giving our Tournesol team the best possible opportunity to successfully execute the project to the customer’s satisfaction. You will need to have experience in a construction or design environment, be extremely organized and detail oriented, and be comfortable with architectural drawings and spreadsheets. This is a full-time position. Some occasional travel to other facilities may be required.

The IT Team is currently seeking an IT Tech for our organization. This will be part of the Finance and Employee Success Teams that are led by the Head of Finance & Administration, working together and with other departments on all matters related to human resources and finance for the company, which includes Information Technology.

As the IT Tech you’ll work directly with the IT Manager and IT Systems Administrator to maintain and administer our company’s networked system of computers, ensuring that all operations run with optimal performance and security. You’ll also support our employees’ technology requests for help or enhancement.
