You will find the Request Quote button in the upper right corner of this website. Use the form to submit your request. Allow 3-5 business days for standard product estimates. Custom project estimates may take 5 to 10 days. For more information, email or call 800.542.2282.

Once you've received an estimate, confirm your product selections, including sizes, materials, colors, and textures. Sign and return your estimate or submit your Purchase Order via email to Once ordered, you will be contacted by a Project Coordinator. Assuming your information is complete, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirmation with an estimated ship date. Upon receipt of payment or deposit, your products will move into production and will ship to the address you provide.

A materials-only 50% deposit is due to move the order into production and the balance must be arranged prior to shipping. We accept payments by check, credit card, or wire transfer. Note: Credit Card payment(s) toward invoices over $25,000 will incur a 3% processing fee even if the payment is split so each transaction is below $25,000. If you would like to proceed with your credit card, please contact your Project Coordinator who will send you a Credit Card Authorization form for you to sign and a credit card payment link.

Samples/Product Information

We have many options of colors, materials, and finishes to choose from; you can easily see and order six samples at a time, by going to our Materials & Finishes page.

Colors and textures may appear different from a computer monitor to a physical sample. For example, color shades and hues vary between FRP, GFRC, and Powder-Coated textures. Ensure your finish matches your choice since you can order up to four samples on our Materials & Finishes page.

We have a few product categories and each product has a downloadable Product Details page, describing available sizes, shapes, measurements, weights, soil volumes, and recommended container irrigation modules (for planters). Detail pages are located toward the bottom of each product’s page.

We provide CAD & Models in .PDF, .SKP, .SAT, and .DWG file formats. To download the drawings, please see our CAD & Models.

Shipping/Installation Information

Shipping depends on the quantity of products being shipped. Planters will be wrapped individually and on pallets; they may ship stacked. In those cases, unwrapping instructions are sent along with the shipment.

Most often, a forklift will be required to unload the pallets from the carrier's truck (which is arranged by the customer). Lightweight GFRC products on an order ship on a flatbed truck and require a forklift, possibly with extended forks and/or hoisting.
